(hereinafter referred to as "Great Wall Interconnected"). In June 2017, the Company signed a targeted share subscription agreement with Great Wall Interconnected, making Great Wall Interconnected a strategic shareholder of the Company. Moving forward, the two parties will leverage their capital partnership to integrate product, technological, and market resources, jointly entering the defense industry market while expanding into the industrial control security sector.

Yesterday at 10:40 a.m., Yunnan's first high-speed train departed from Kunming South Station. It is understood that, according to the unified arrangements and deployment of China Railway Corporation, the joint commissioning and testing work for the Yunnan section of the Shanghai-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line officially kicked off on the 5th, led and organized by the Kunming Railway Bureau. This marks that the line is now entering the final countdown to its scheduled opening and operation by the end of the year.
