Coating refers to applying a protective or decorative layer onto metal and non-metal surfaces, and coating machinery represents an industry that has rapidly evolved based on the principles of coating. With advancements in industrial technology, coating processes have shifted from manual methods toward industrial automation—and the level of automation continues to rise. As a result, coating production lines are now being used more extensively, penetrating deep into various sectors of the national economy.
Coating refers to applying protective or decorative layers onto both metallic and non-metallic surfaces, and coating machinery represents an industry that has rapidly evolved on the foundation of coating technology. With advancements in industrial technology, coating processes have shifted from manual methods toward industrial automation—and this trend toward greater automation is steadily intensifying. As a result, coating production lines are now being used more extensively, penetrating deep into various sectors of the national economy.
China's coating process can be simply summarized as: pre-treatment → spraying → drying or curing → pre-treatment → spraying → drying or curing.
With the growth of China's economy and advancements in foreign coating technologies, our country has witnessed rapid development in coating techniques—driven by technology imports and active exchanges with international expertise. In particular, the widespread adoption of electrostatic spraying and electrophoretic coating technologies, along with the development and promotion of powder coating methods, have significantly boosted automation in coating production. This progress is especially evident in thriving sectors such as China's home appliance industry, daily-use hardware, steel furniture manufacturing, aluminum component production, electrical products, and the automotive industry. Moreover, the emergence of intelligent robotic sprayers in coating production lines marks a clear indication of the booming growth within the coating machinery sector.

System Configuration
Communication:
Communicate with one touchscreen and 3 PLCs, using 2 RS-232 ports and 1 RS-485 port.
Process Control:
Although there are quite a few control points, the logic is relatively straightforward. Key considerations include: ① ensuring the pump has dry-run protection and incorporating temperature-control buffering to prevent frequent heating; ② enabling variable-frequency speed control for each conveyor belt, which means installing up-and-down adjustment buttons on every belt to precisely manage the frequency settings.
