As the government’s flagship project—Project No. 1 of the internationally acclaimed International Tourism Island initiative—it is being meticulously developed with robust support from local authorities. This visionary project is poised to become a world-class international coastal destination worth hundreds of billions of yuan, complete with cutting-edge infrastructure like the环岛高铁 (Ring-Island High-Speed Rail) and extensive highway networks. Surrounding amenities—including municipal facilities, healthcare services, and leisure-and-recreation options—are already fully integrated, making it an irresistible magnet for global capital and opening up countless opportunities and resources from across the globe.
Hainan Information Security Base, spanning a total planned area of 1,200 mu, is centered on the information security industry. Grounded in four key specialized sectors—information security, greater healthcare, military-civilian integration, and financial services—it aims to foster a high-tech information industry cluster. The base aspires to become a vibrant industrial hub characterized by ecological sustainability, energy efficiency, environmental beauty, flexible and comfortable spaces, a coastal resort atmosphere, convenient transportation, and well-developed infrastructure—offering both urban dynamism and an inviting lifestyle.
