On January 6, 2024, marking the third anniversary of General Secretary Xi Jinping's inspection of the Jiangdu Water Control Hub Project, this large-scale hydraulic pumping station complex achieved a milestone by completing the independent, domestically produced upgrade of its control system—specifically at the No. 4 Pumping Station (referred to as Jiangdu Station 4)—following years of self-reliant planning, design, manufacturing, and construction.

Aoto Technology's independently developed full range of programmable controllers—covering small, medium, and large sizes—not only broke the long-standing monopoly of foreign brands in the domestic market but also pioneered innovative advancements in multiple cutting-edge technologies, effectively meeting the requirements of most control systems in China.

 

The Jiangdu Four-Station Control System Autonomization Project was independently implemented by the Hydrological Science Research Institute of the Jiangdu Water Conservancy Engineering Management Office under the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Water Resources. The project selected Aote Technology's self-developed NJ400 series medium-to-large programmable logic controllers, combined with Yacong Quanxin Chuang KingSuperSCADA, Phytium D2000 processors, and Galaxy Kirin V10 operating system—replacing the original Windows-based Intouch industrial control system. This move achieves a fully domestically produced upgrade, transitioning from the legacy industrial control system to SCADA software. This transformation not only significantly enhances the safety of national water conservancy projects and elevates the level of industrial automation but also sets a new benchmark for domestic innovation in the industrial control sector.

On January 6, 2024, at the trial operation and acceptance evaluation meeting for the autonomous upgrade of the control system at Jiangdu Station No. 4, the project successfully completed testing and officially entered operation, thanks to the outstanding advantages of Aote Technology's PLC products—specifically their stable performance, accurate data monitoring, and reliable analysis results.
