BOP heating station is located in the production control area of Tianwan Nuclear Power Station. The main function is to provide heating hot water and domestic hot water. Including steam sub-cylinders, heating network heaters, condensate tanks, water-water preheaters, hot water heaters, domestic hot water return pumps, condensate pumps, electric valves and other important equipment.

The main task of the BOP heating station instrument control system is to ensure the safe and stable operation of the heating station and reduce the labor intensity of the operator. At the same time improve thermal efficiency, reduce energy consumption and achieve economic operation, and it is easy to operate and easy to manage production.

The original control system of BOP heating station uses Schneider Modicon Quantum series PLC. In recent years, it has been revealed that this series of PLCs have loopholes in information security. Our company's NA400 PLC software and hardware are all independently developed, using domestic processors, Linux open source operating system and combined with network security needs, adding information security protection functions. After the completion of the system, the security assessment was passed at one time, and it was highly evaluated and approved by Tianwan Nuclear Power Station. It is planned to gradually transform peripheral equipment such as air-conditioning and fire protection of nuclear power into domestic control systems.
