Medium-sized sewage treatment system

For medium-sized sewage treatment control systems, 6 PLC control stations are used. The control system of each control station adopts NA-300 series PLC and NATouch touch screen independently developed by Nanda Automation. All PLCs and HMIs support industrial Ethernet. Access to the plant-level optical fiber ring network through industrial switches, and communicate with the I/O server, alarm/history data server, engineer station, and operator station computer. The advantages of Industrial Ethernet are its long communication distance, fast transmission speed, and strong anti-interference ability.

Large-scale sewage treatment system

For large-scale sewage treatment control systems, the NA-400 series PLC and NATouch touch screen independently developed by Nanda Automation are used. All PLCs and HMIs support industrial Ethernet. Access to the plant-level optical fiber ring network through industrial switches, and communicate with the I/O server, alarm/history data server, engineer station, and operator station computer. The central monitoring system then exchanges data between the network switch and the management system to complete data collection and monitoring tasks.
