Maintaining and servicing these devices is a crucial method to ensure the smooth operation of the production line, extend equipment lifespan, and enhance product quality. The goal is to ensure a first-pass yield of over 99.9% for mounted products. Maintenance and Care The work focuses on removing foreign objects from equipment, inspecting the condition of moving parts, lubricating with oil according to equipment maintenance guidelines, replacing wear-and-tear components, and calibrating equipment accuracy.
After two days of dedicated effort, we completed the maintenance and upkeep of equipment including the printing machine, pick-and-place machine, reflow oven, AOI system, and wave soldering machine. SMT The production line has been smoothly put into operation.
