In mid-December 2020, the domestically developed and independently controllable wind power main control system localization upgrade project—China Huadian Group Ningfeng Wind Farm 1.5MW The wind turbines have successfully been connected to the grid and are generating electricity; currently, all four turbines are operating normally. This system marks a significant milestone as it demonstrates the successful localization of China's main control and computer monitoring systems for wind turbines, fundamentally ensuring the industry's wind power sector achieves independent control over its core operational systems.
Based on domestically produced The main control system for wind turbine units with a processor , we have achieved the localization of core components for the wind turbine’s main control system. Both the main control strategy and the pitch control strategy are now fully自主研发 and controllable, effectively breaking down communication barriers between the control system and external components, resulting in a more efficient control process. The system now boasts faster response times, enhanced safety, and improved maintainability. Additionally, it integrates real-time monitoring, operation and maintenance management, fault diagnosis, wind power forecasting, and big data analytics—all in one seamless solution. This enables operators to instantly grasp the status of each unit, significantly boosting the utilization hours of wind turbines while elevating both the efficiency and sophistication of wind farm management.
