Our company has introduced a hot-standby redundant CPU solution tailored to the operational characteristics of continuous operation and safe production in medium-to-large-scale coal preparation plants. The dual CPUs can run on a single mounting backplane, significantly reducing the cost of the hot-standby redundant system.

Dual DP Bus Hot-Standby Redundant Remote I/O Solution

Given that each main plant and workshop has a relatively high number of remote I/O stations, our company has proposed a Profibus DP bus-based remote I/O solution.

Rich communication solutions

The coal preparation plant is equipped with a wide variety of production devices, often from different brands with complex systems. To meet the diverse manufacturers' requirements for integrating their automation products into the centralized control system, our company has developed an RS485 serial communication module that supports both the standard Modbus RTU protocol and custom user-defined protocols, enabling seamless communication with most serial devices. Additionally, we offer communication modules such as DeviceNet master stations and CANopen master stations, which are compatible with inverters from brands like AB E3 and Schneider, ensuring versatile connectivity across various equipment.
