July 16, 2021, The First China Industrial Control Conference & Industrial Software Industry Chain Supply-Demand Matchmaking Event It was officially launched at the Suzhou Taihu International Conference Center.

This conference is organized by China Academy of Information and Communications Technology Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology Suzhou Municipal People's Government Co-hosted to implement the "Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Integration and Development of Next-Generation Information Technology with Manufacturing," this initiative aims to build independent and controllable capabilities across the industrial control systems and industrial software industry chains and supply chains, enhance the intrinsic safety level of industrial control systems, safeguard critical infrastructure in key industries, and foster the development of a robust domestic economic circulation framework.

The scope of the 2021 call for outstanding demonstration cases in industrial control systems includes the petroleum and petrochemical industry, rail transit industry, and power grid industry. The content related to outstanding demonstration cases should feature advanced technology, independent intellectual property rights, industrialization or existing deployment and application, and must also exhibit strong representativeness and landmark characteristics, offering significant reference value and promotional potential for other enterprises or industries.

Aoto Technology Urban Rail Transit Environment and Equipment Monitoring System “As a domestically produced pilot demonstration project, we have successfully developed an independently controllable PLC control system based on domestically made processors and built a comprehensive, secure, and controllable BAS system solution for urban rail transit—breaking the long-standing monopoly held by foreign brands!”

This project achieves independent and controllable PLC systems for rail transit BAS, enabling a complete replacement of imported PLC products. It resolves the critical bottleneck issue where core controllers in rail transit BAS systems have historically relied entirely on foreign brands, while also eliminating potential safety risks associated with imported products. As a result, the domestic self-sufficiency rate for these systems has been boosted to over 90%.
