Aotuo Technology's NJ Series Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) makes its debut at the First China Urban Rail Transit Equipment Independent Innovation Achievement Exhibition.

On October 10, 2021, the "First China Urban Rail Transit Equipment Independent Innovation Achievement Exhibition," organized by the China Urban Rail Transit Association, was successfully held at the China International Exhibition Center. A total of 14 innovative achievements were showcased, covering complete vehicles, systems, components, devices, and software products. Among these 14 projects, 10 represented original innovations—groundbreaking, first-of-their-kind creations on a global scale—while the remaining four, though based on technology transfer and adaptation, still surpassed their foreign counterparts in performance and capability. Over 200 guests from more than 100 organizations attended the event, including representatives from project owners, research institutes, design and consulting firms, engineering construction companies, equipment R&D and manufacturing entities, certification and testing institutions, insurance brokerage firms, cultural and media organizations, as well as other industry associations.
Attendees included Sun Jiaguang, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and a professor at Tsinghua University's School of Software; Huo Fupeng, Deputy Director-General of the Industrial Development Department under China’s National Development and Reform Commission, along with Deputy Chief Qiu Kuotian; Tan Hong, Chief Economist at Guangzhou’s Development and Reform Commission, and Chief Yu Wei; Song Minhua, Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Urban Rail Transit Association; as well as Deputy Secretaries-General Wang Biao, Wang Yanping, and Huang Jianwei; He Lin, Chairman of the Association’s Information Technology Committee; Fang Shaoxuan, Deputy Director of the Association’s Equipment Committee; 14 independent evaluation experts including Long Yucai; Zhang Jun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Qingdao Metro Group Co., Ltd.; Zhang Jun, Deputy General Manager of Chongqing Rail Transit (Group) Co., Ltd.; Zhang Rui, Deputy General Manager of Shenyang Metro Group Co., Ltd.; Yang Liqiang, Deputy General Manager of Xuzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd.; Ma Yunshuang, Vice President of CRRC Corporation Limited, and Ning Wenze, Assistant to the President; Yin Xingyu, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Rail Transit Technology & Equipment Group Co., Ltd.; Ma Lijun, General Manager of CRRC Qingdao Sifang Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd.; Shang Jing, General Manager of Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd.; Xu Haidi, General Manager of CRRC Puzhen Bombardier Transportation Systems Co., Ltd.; Fang Min, General Manager of Shanghai Bengu Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd.; and Cai Yuan, General Manager of Zhongling Zhihang (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd., among others.

Aoto Technology's exhibit this time features the NJ series of programmable logic controllers (PLCs). At the event, Yao Wenguang, our company's Deputy Chief Engineer, provided a detailed introduction of the NJ series PLCs as well as the independently developed and fully controllable integrated monitoring system.
The NJ series PLC, an essential component in urban rail transit equipment, has successfully overcome long-standing "bottleneck" challenges in multiple practical applications to date! It was previously put into networked test operations at Aoshanwan Station on Qingdao Metro Line 11 and underwent rigorous expert review. Experts concluded that the PLC product’s performance metrics, along with its stability and reliability, fully meet the operational requirements of the metro’s BAS system, leading to a smooth approval by the expert panel. Most recently, the NJ series PLC was deployed as a pilot solution at Fenggang Road Station on Qingdao Metro Line 1, replacing the original Rockwell PLC setup. The NJ series PLC has demonstrated exceptional operational stability, with all control functions and performance indicators perfectly aligned with the needs of urban rail transit—and is now set to be rolled out across the entire Qingdao Metro Line 4!
The meeting also featured a signing ceremony for several products, involving 12 collaborative projects across 8 products.
Mr. Zhang Wei, Deputy General Manager of our company, and Mr. Du Qian, Senior Vice President of China Software & Technology Service Corporation, signed on-site the Strategic Cooperation Intent Agreement on "Application of Independently Controllable PLCs in Urban Rail Transit," marking a new chapter for AOTUO PLC in the rail transit sector.
