Overview of the Aotuo Technology Group Headquarters Project

In December 2018, Aoto Technology signed the "Project Investment Agreement" with the China (Nanjing) Software Valley Management Committee, planning to invest in and build Aoto Technology Group's headquarters in China (Nanjing) Software Valley. The project will primarily focus on independently researching, developing, manufacturing, and marketing cutting-edge industrial control products that are reliable in performance, superior in quality, and advanced in technology. Located in Plot B of Majiadian in the South Park of Software Valley—bounded by Fengzhan Road to the north, Dazhou Road to the south, Linpu Road to the east, and Meiyuan South Road to the west—the site is set to become the central hub for nine key group headquarters strategically introduced to Software Valley.
Project Overview: Aoto Group's headquarters is located in Building 15 of Plot B, featuring 9 floors above ground and 2 basement levels. The site covers an area of 5,324.4 square meters, with a total floor area of 13,076.72 square meters. The project is planned to have a total investment of 100 million RMB. Construction is being undertaken by China Twenty Metallurgical Corporation Limited, while Nanjing Ningnan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. is acting as the construction agent.
Project progress: Officially commenced on December 16, 2020, and reached the ±0 elevation milestone on June 12, 2022. Currently, work has progressed to the reinforcement binding of the first-floor columns. Completion of the roof is expected by the end of September 2022, with delivery scheduled for August 2023.
