2022 At 11:18 a.m. on November 18, the topping-out ceremony was solemnly held at the construction site of Aotuo Technology Building. Leading executives and key employees of the company, along with representatives from Ningnan Company, the construction contractor, and the supervisory unit, attended the event.
Rao, General Manager of Nanjing Ningnan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., delivered a congratulatory speech on behalf of the construction agency.
Mr. Chen, CEO of Aotuo Technology, expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the strong support and cooperation extended by the construction management company, construction contractors, supervision units, and others who have dedicated themselves to building the Aotuo Technology Building. He also conveyed warm condolences to the workers on-site.
Amid the joyous sounds of celebratory firecrackers, everyone jointly witnessed the auspicious topping-out ceremony of Aoto Technology Building. The successful completion of the roof symbolizes a fresh new beginning. As scheduled, Aoto Technology Building has now reached its impressive rooftop milestone, marking a significant phase of victory in the project's construction efforts.
Introduction to Aoto Technology Building:
The project is located in Plot B of Majiadian, South Garden, Software Valley, bordered to the north by Fengzhan Road, to the south by Dazhou Road, to the east by Linpu Road, and to the west by Meiyuan South Road. It will centrally house the headquarters of nine key software valley groups that are being actively attracted to the area.
Aoto Technology Building is located in Block B, Building 15, featuring 9 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. The site covers an area of 5,324.4 square meters, with a total floor area of 16,000 square meters—13,000 square meters above ground and 3,000 square meters underground—totaling an investment of 150 million RMB. The project is being constructed by China Twenty Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd., while Nanjing Ningnan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. is serving as the construction agent.
2020 Construction officially began on December 16, and by June 12, 2022, the project had reached the ±0 elevation mark. On November 18, 2022, the building was officially topped out, with delivery expected in September 2023.
