The selection of outstanding innovative IT application solutions and leading practice projects in Jiangsu Province, It underwent multiple layers of screening, including application submission, initial evaluation, comprehensive assessment, and on-site investigation, showcasing an exceptionally high level of expertise and innovative capability. Designed to accelerate technological innovation and the widespread adoption of applications within the industry, thereby enhancing the sector's overall development level. This shortlisted solution leverages Aotuo Technology's NJ-series independently controllable PLC products, which now cover the full spectrum of PLC offerings—ranging from large to medium-to-large, medium to small. The entire product line fully meets the requirements for domestic production, self-reliance, and complete control. Notably, 100% of the electronic components used in these products have undergone rigorous selection and analysis, and multiple models have successfully passed the network-critical equipment security tests organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. These PLCs provide comprehensive hot-standby redundancy features, ensuring the control system remains safe, stable, efficient, highly responsive, and exceptionally resistant to interference. By doing so, they effectively eliminate the traditional "information silos" often associated with conventional PLC systems. As a result, these innovative solutions have been widely deployed across dozens of critical water management projects, including the Jiangdu Water Conservancy Hub of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, as well as key facilities like the Yankka Pump Station, Xiepu Sluice Gate Station, and the Ou Fei Project.
