The ultrafiltration water purifier can be applied to industrial purification, water purification in the food and beverage industry, rural drinking water safety and other projects. Using ultrafiltration membrane filtration technology, combined with carefully designed fully automatic filtration and adsorption systems, can effectively remove sediment, colloidal suspended solids, organic matter, inorganic matter, bacteria, rust, heavy metal residues and other harmful substances in water. The host computer adopts PLC+ touch screen control system, fully automatic operation and positive and negative flushing, convenient and fast maintenance.

System Configuration

This set of water filter equipment uses NA200 series PLC and its touch screen as the control core. The PLC configuration is shown below.

Work process

Automatic operation: the equipment is switched on and the ultrafiltration membrane is washed first. At this time, the inlet valve and the cleaning and discharging valve are opened, and after 2 minutes (adjustable) they are closed to enter the normal working state. At this time, the water inlet valve, concentrated water valve and water purification valve are automatically opened. Until the original water tank is short of water or the clean water tank is full, it is closed. After the water purification tank is full, use ultrafiltration to produce the water back and forth to wash once, each time the back and forth washing time is 1 minute (adjustable). After the forward and reverse washing is completed, it will automatically switch to the normal working state.

Manual operation: manually start and stop the original water pump, clean the pump, positive impact control, reverse impact control.
