  Work process

Automatic Operation: When the device is powered on, it first performs a forward flush of the ultrafiltration membrane. During this process, the feed water valve and the cleaning discharge valve remain open for 2 minutes (adjustable), after which they close, allowing the system to enter normal operation mode. At this stage, the feed water valve, concentrate valve, and purified water valve automatically activate. The system continues operating until the raw water tank runs low or the purified water tank reaches full capacity, at which point it shuts down. Once the purified water tank is full, the system initiates a single forward-and-backward wash cycle using the ultrafiltration-produced water, with each wash lasting 1 minute (adjustable). After completing the forward-and-backward wash, the system automatically returns to normal operational status.

Manual operation: Manually start and stop the raw water pump, cleaning pump, forward flush control, and backwash control.
