The batching system is an automatic batching equipment for industrial (such as concrete batching) and agricultural (such as feed batching) production. Usually a computer (microcomputer) with automatic batching algorithm software is used as its automatic batching control system.

Control analysis:

There are a total of 8 warehouses, and it is necessary to be able to select any of them. The large investment, small investment and drop value of the instrument are completed through the 485 port communication between the PLC and the instrument, and the agreement of the free port. When selecting one of the bins, use the rising edge of the selection button to give all three values together through communication. When canceling, use the falling edge of the selection button to give 0 to these three values. The instrument has 8 channels, when If the given parameter of this way is 0, skip it.
