This machine tool primarily consists of the main unit (including: bed, main drive system, saw frame, worktable and clamping mechanism, belt-break protection device, tool-setting device, etc.), as well as the loading device, material-feeding device, unloading device, hydraulic system, electrical system, cooling and lubrication system, and pneumatic system.

How it works
After powering on the PLC and starting the hydraulic system, set the desired parameters—such as the required feed length, feed length correction, finished product length, and finished product length correction—on the text display under the "Set" indicator. Then, switch the manual/automatic mode selector knob SA10 to "Automatic," and press the automatic start/stop button SB6. Once automatic mode is activated, the sawing machine will begin its fully automated cycle operation.
The material-feeding cart first returns to Station No. 4 on the infeed roller conveyor → checks whether materials are present at each station → confirms material availability at Station No. 3 → the cart then retreats to Station No. 3 → activates the alignment cylinder to align the material → lifts the cart to raise and hold the workpiece → the cart feeds the workpiece into the dual infeed roller conveyors → lowers the cart to release the material → the feeding vise retracts, clamps the material, and feeds it forward (this process repeats twice to ensure the material end aligns perfectly with the front jaw of the feeding vise) → the feeding vise retracts again, positioning the material end precisely → the feeding vise advances forward until fully clamped → the working vise securely grips the workpiece → the saw wheel starts rotating, the water pump activates, and the saw frame enters the feed-and-cutting mode → once the material end is cut, the saw frame rises → the feeding vise releases the workpiece, allowing it to retract until it reaches the preset length for finished products → the feeding vise clamps the workpiece again, while the working vise loosens its grip → the feeding vise resumes feeding → pushing the material end into the head/tail material slide rail (the flipping mechanism for head and tail materials is manually controlled) → the working vise firmly secures the workpiece once more → the saw wheel resumes rotation, the water pump restarts, and the saw frame reenters the feed-and-cutting cycle → after cutting the finished product, the saw frame lifts again → the feeding vise releases the workpiece, enabling it to retract until it reaches the predetermined length for the final product → the feeding vise clamps the workpiece once more, while the working vise loosens its hold → the feeding vise continues feeding → finally, the finished workpiece is conveyed via the motorized discharge roller conveyor into the material-discharge push area, where a push cylinder moves the piece into the designated material box… This process repeats automatically for the second set of workpieces as soon as the sensor sends a signal, initiating the next cutting cycle.
The control system, centered around the Nantai Aotuo NA200 PLC, enables automated and semi-automated control of processes such as material feeding, sawing, and material output—ensuring safety and reliability.
