Nanjing Aotuo and Great Wall InterNet sign a strategic cooperation agreement on the CEC PK ecosystem.

On May 11, 2018, Mr. Chen Yuyan, General Manager of Nanjing Aotuo Technology Jiangsu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Aotuo Technology), was invited to Sanya, Hainan, to attend the two-day event featuring the signing ceremony for enterprises moving into the Hainan Information Security Base Strategic Partnership, the signing ceremony for the China Electronics Self-Reliant and Controllable PK System Application Ecosystem, as well as concurrent forums and conferences.

(hereinafter referred to as: Aotuo Technology), was invited to Sanya, Hainan, to attend the two-day event featuring the signing ceremony for enterprises moving into Hainan's Information Security Base strategic partnership, the launch of the China Electronics Autonomous and Controllable PK System Application Ecosystem, as well as concurrent forums and conferences.
On May 11, witnessed by Yan Chaojun, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Sanya Municipal Party Committee; Rui Xiaowu, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Electronics Information Industry Group Co., Ltd.; along with industry experts and more than 20 entrepreneurs, Chen Yuyan, General Manager of Aotuo Technology—selected as one of the strategic partner enterprises within the China Electronics Information Industry Group’s independently controllable PK System Application Ecosystem (hereafter referred to as the "Ecosystem")—officially signed the agreement to establish operations at the Hainan Information Security Base, joining representatives from six other strategic partner companies in the Ecosystem.

On the seventh seat from the left in the back row is Rui Xiaowu, Chairman and Party Secretary of China Electronics Information Industry Group.
During the conference, several forum events were held concurrently. At the Forum on Building a Cybersecurity Emergency Response System, Academician Fang Binxing and Academician Liao Xiangke from the Chinese Academy of Engineering delivered inspiring keynote speeches. Meanwhile, at the Application Ecosystem Cooperation Forum themed "Aggregating the Industrial Value Chain to Co-create a Secure Future," ecosystem companies such as Great Wall Interlink, Aoto Technology, and Shenzhen Aolian took the stage to share their insights. Notably, Chen Yuyan from Aoto Technology, representing industrial control enterprises within the ecosystem, delivered a speech titled "Building an Industrial Control Ecosystem Around the PK System." In his address, Mr. Chen emphasized that, in the face of escalating global geopolitical competition—evidenced by incidents like the 2016 Stuxnet virus attack on Iran, the subsequent Syrian crisis, and more recently, the U.S. sanctions against ZTE—China must establish an unassailable position. To achieve this, the country needs to rely on a comprehensive system to foster the development of an industrial control ecosystem. This ecosystem not only demands entrepreneurs' dedicated efforts in independent innovation but also calls for close collaboration among all stakeholders. Under the leadership of China Electronics Corporation Great Wall Interlink and with robust support from governments at all levels, the industry must work together to jointly build a self-reliant, secure, and fully controllable industrial value chain. The speech was warmly embraced by the attendees.
At the conclusion of the forum, representatives from ecosystem companies such as Aoto Technology officially signed strategic cooperation agreements with Great Wall Interconnect, witnessed by numerous government leaders, industry experts, and business representatives.
