Product Introduction
The CPU2001-2401 is a motion-control-type CPU that features faster speed and higher performance. It supports basic motion-control instructions and better meets users’ diverse needs. The CPU2001-2421 comes equipped with four high-speed pulse output ports, enabling it to control up to four motion axes and offering linear and circular interpolation capabilities for two axes. This motion-control model supports nearly all standard PLC functions, such as high-speed counting, interrupts, and PID control. The CPU module includes two 100-Mbps Ethernet ports (sharing one IP address), an RS485 interface, 16 digital inputs (DI), and 8 digital outputs (DO). It also supports SD cards for program upgrades and data storage. Additionally, the module can be optionally equipped with a wireless signal expansion board, a BD signal board, and a TFT configuration screen.

High-speed counting
The CPU2001-2421 basic unit is equipped with two high-speed counters that can be configured. The maximum counting frequency reaches 100 kHz, and these counters can be directly connected to incremental encoders to count pulses from the encoders.
