Product Features
Independently completes communication tasks, with the CPU only performing data exchange and not consuming CPU resources.
The data exchange between the CPU module and the I/O module uses a separate internal network, which is isolated from the internal network used by the I/O module, thereby reducing the communication load on the internal network.
Number of communication nodes: up to 126, with addresses ranging from 0 to 125;
Smart module with self-diagnosis function; when a fault occurs during module operation, it can automatically reset and restart itself.
No hardware configuration is required; after startup, the CPU module automatically loads its parameters.
Supports hot-swapping.
Module hardware setup and external interfaces
1. Debug the serial port
The module provides an RS232 serial port with an RJ45 interface, through which the module’s configuration can be downloaded via the serial port.
2. Communication interface
The module uses a DB9 female connector and an RS485 interface for external communication.
