Oilfield Integrated Station Monitoring System Control Plan
The Joint Station is short for the Integrated Oil and Gas Processing and Operations Station. It primarily includes key components such as integrated processing (e.g., crude oil dehydration, natural gas purification, crude oil stabilization, and light hydrocarbon recovery), oilfield water injection, wastewater treatment, power supply and distribution, as well as auxiliary production facilities.
① The NA400 PLC offers multiple single-CPU solutions, with the CPU integrating an Ethernet interface.
② The CMM401-0411 serial server provides 4 RS485 interfaces, supports the standard MODBUS protocol as well as user-defined protocols, and can communicate with various smart devices on-site.
Oil Pumping Unit Control System
The NA-RTU series remote control terminal, model NARTUCPU401-1101, is a solution proposed by Aote Technology that enables oilfield SCADA systems to achieve real-time monitoring, remote control, and remote parameter adjustment of field operations via RTUs, thereby facilitating unified scheduling and intelligent management of oilfield production.

① Supports the proactive upload of RTU alarm data to the SCADA system (upstream communication protocol: IEC60870-5-104 or MODBUS TCP);

④ Features a calendar clock and supports network-based time synchronization (the calendar clock retains its settings for 3 months even during power outages);
⑤ Supports uplink network interruption with clocked, high-capacity data caching for RTU monitoring data (10 days);
⑥ Supports using laptops or handheld devices to perform on-site measurement, control, configuration, and debugging of the RTU.
⑦ Built-in temperature measurement module for real-time monitoring of ambient temperature;
⑧ Equipped with a PT100 temperature interface for real-time monitoring of ambient temperature.
