CPU401-1201 and CPU401-1202 are intelligent terminal devices customized for the traditional oil pumping unit of PetroChina. It can communicate with intelligent sensors through RS485 bus, and communicate with sensors such as load, displacement, pressure, etc. in wellhead through zigbee or wired mode. It can complete the acquisition of dynamometer graph through load integration, load + angular displacement and other modes. The collected data is uploaded to the SCADA system via the Ethernet MODBUS TCP protocol.

Intelligent debugging platform
Aiming at the control mode of the field pumping unit in Changqing Oilfield. We can configure the acquisition/control/communication mode configuration and Zigbee communication parameter configuration through the configuration software. Simple configuration can realize the function, greatly reducing the debugging time of the project.
Wireless ZigBee module
The wireless module of the Nanda Automation oil field is equipped with the external Zigbee wireless transmission module used by the Changqing oil well site RTU CPU401-1201 and the wellhead RTU CPU401-1202. The transmission chip uses the ZigBee module of Huaaotong Communication Technology Co., Ltd. or the ZigBbee module of DIGI. group.

Solution 1 >>>
The host computer SCADA communicates with the well site RTU through optical fiber. The Nanda Automation wellsite RTU and the Nanda Automation system efficiency wellhead RTU are transmitted wirelessly through ZigBee, and the valve group and the wellsite RTU are transmitted wirelessly or RS485 (Huatong or Dijin Zigbee modules are optional).
Solution 2 >>>
The superordinate SCADA directly communicates with the Nanda Automation system efficiency wellhead RTU through optical fiber. The RTU between the valve group and the wellhead can communicate via RS485 or wireless ZigBee (Hua'aotong or Dijin ZigBee module can choose one).
Solution 3 >>>
The host computer SCADA communicates with the Nanda Automation wellsite RTU through optical fiber. The wellsite RTU and other brands of wellhead RTU are transmitted wirelessly through ZigBee, and the RTU between the valve group and the Nanda Automation wellsite are transmitted wirelessly or RS485 (Hua Aotong or Dijin ZigBee module can choose one).
Solution 4 >>>
The host computer SCADA communicates with other brands of wellsite RTU through optical fiber. The wellhead RTU of other brands and the Nanda Automation system efficiency wellhead RTU are transmitted wirelessly through ZigBee, and the RTU between the valve group and other brand wellsites are transmitted wirelessly or RS485 (Hua Aotong or Dijin ZigBee module can choose one).
Solution 5 >>>
The host computer SCADA communicates with the serial server UC7101 through optical fiber. The UC7101 and NTU Aoto extension system efficiency wellhead RTU is transmitted wirelessly through Zigbee, and the valve group and UC7101 are transmitted wirelessly or RS485 (Dijin Zigbee module is required).
