  • Product Introduction

    The Aotuo Technology oilfield CPUs—CPU401-1201 and CPU401-1202—are intelligent terminal devices custom-developed for PetroChina’s conventional pumping units. They communicate with smart sensors via an RS485 bus and can also communicate with wellhead sensors measuring load, displacement, pressure, and other parameters through ZigBee or wired connections. These devices support data acquisition modes such as integrated load measurement and combined load-plus-angular-displacement measurement to generate dynamometer cards. The collected data is uploaded to the SCADA system via the Ethernet MODBUS TCP protocol.

    Well Site CPU401-1201 >>>

    CPU clock speed: 300 MHz, memory: 64 MB, 128 MB FLASH storage, SD card support;

    Built-in integrated clock, and supports NTP time synchronization simultaneously;

    Integrated Ethernet interface allows direct connection to SCADA systems and complies with the Changqing RTU point table standard.

    Supports remote configuration of intermittent pumping functionality;

    Supports remote firmware upgrades via Ethernet;

    The Zigbee communication module is externally mounted, making it easy to support multiple wireless protocols.

    Intelligent Debugging Platform

    Regarding the control mode for pumping units at the Changqing Oilfield site, our configuration software enables you to set up data acquisition/control/communication modes and configure Zigbee communication parameters. With just simple configurations, you can quickly implement the desired functionality, significantly reducing project debugging time.

     

     


     

    Wireless ZigBee module

    The wireless module配套 for the Nanda Aotuo Oilfield uses an external Zigbee wireless transmission module, which is compatible with the Changqing oil well site RTU CPU401-1201 and the wellhead RTU CPU401-1202. The transmission chip employed is either a Zigbee module from Hua’ao Tong Communication Technology Co., Ltd. or a Zigbee module from DIGI.

     

     


     

     

    On-site solutions

     

    Solution One >>>

    The host computer SCADA communicates with the wellsite RTU via fiber optic communication. The Nanda Aotuo wellsite RTU communicates with the Nanda Aotuo wellhead RTU equipped with system efficiency via ZigBee wireless transmission. Between valve groups and the wellsite RTU, communication is carried out either wirelessly or via RS485 (either Hua’ao Tong or Di Jin ZigBee modules can be selected).

     

     

     

     

    Solution Two >>>

    The upper-level SCADA system communicates directly with the NanDa Aotuo system efficiency wellhead RTU via fiber-optic communication. Between valve groups and the wellhead RTU, communication can be established via RS485 or wireless ZigBee (either the Hua’ao Tong or DiJin ZigBee module can be selected).

     

     

     

    Solution Three >>>

    The host computer SCADA communicates with the Nanda Aotuo wellsite RTU via fiber optic communication. The wellsite RTU communicates with RTUs from other brands at wellheads via Zigbee wireless transmission. Between valve groups and the Nanda Aotuo wellsite RTU, communication is conducted either wirelessly or via RS485 (either Hua’antong or Dijin Zigbee modules can be selected).

     

     

     

     

    Solution Four >>>

    The host computer SCADA communicates with wellsite RTUs from other brands via fiber optic communication. Wellsite RTUs from other brands communicate with the Nanjing Aoto system-efficiency wellhead RTUs via Zigbee wireless transmission. Between valve groups and wellsite RTUs from other brands, communication is carried out either via wireless or RS485 transmission (either Hua’ao Tong or Di Jin Zigbee modules can be selected).

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Solution Five >>>

    The host SCADA system communicates with the serial port server UC7101 via fiber optic communication. The UC7101 communicates with the Nanda Aotuo wellhead RTU system using Zigbee wireless transmission. Between valve groups and the UC7101, communication is conducted either wirelessly or via RS485 (requiring the DiJin Zigbee module).
