The coal preparation system uses physical, chemical, or physicochemical methods to process raw coal, removing impurities, reducing ash and sulfur content, and ultimately improving the quality of the coal.
The coal preparation and washing system primarily includes the raw coal system, main washing system, thickening system, filter press system, and other auxiliary production systems. The PLC control stations are typically located in distribution rooms such as the main plant building and the raw coal workshop, forming a distributed control architecture.
This system primarily conducts centralized monitoring and operational status detection of key process equipment within the area, including raw coal grading screens, heavy-medium shallow troughs, desliming screens, magnetic separators, lump-clean coal centrifuges, medium-mixing pumps, dilute-medium pumps, as well as critical machinery such as belt conveyors, scraper conveyors, plate-pressing units, and filling-pressure devices. Additionally, it enables precise control of media distribution through on-site diversion boxes and automatic regulating valves, while also facilitating automated water-replenishment adjustments for the entire production system—ensuring continuous, stable, and highly efficient operation of the washing and sorting process.
