Surveying the Huinanzhuang Pump Station of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project's Central Route

On the morning of August 15, 2019, Mr. Chen from Aotuo Technology Group accompanied Dr. Ju Maosen, Deputy Director of the National Engineering Research Center for Efficient Water Resource Utilization and Engineering Safety, on a visit to Huinan Zhuang Pump Station—the only large-scale pumping station along the central route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project—for an inspection and research trip.

The Huinanzhuang Management Office of the Central Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project is located in Dashiwowo Town, Fangshan District, Beijing. It oversees two key projects: the Huinanzhuang Pump Station and the underground culvert along the Beiju Ma River. As the only large-scale pressurized pump station on the central route's mainline, it also serves as the critical control structure enabling low-flow gravity flow and high-flow pressurized water conveyance along Beijing's section of the project.
