On July 27, 2015, the Inaugural Meeting of Nanda Aotuo Technology Jiangsu Co., Ltd., along with the First Shareholders’ Meeting, Board of Directors Meeting, and Supervisory Board Meeting, was held in the conference room of Nanda Aotuo Technology Jiangsu Co., Ltd. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Chen Yuyan, Chairman of the company, and was attended by the company’s shareholders, directors, supervisors, as well as senior management personnel.
On July 27, 2015, the Inaugural Meeting of Nanjing Aotuo Technology Jiangsu Co., Ltd., along with the company's first Shareholders' Meeting, Board of Directors Meeting, and Supervisory Board Meeting, was held in the conference room of Nanjing Aotuo Technology Jiangsu Co., Ltd. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Chen Yuyan, Chairman of the company, and attended by the company's shareholders, directors, supervisors, as well as senior management personnel.

The meeting reviewed and approved various proposals regarding the restructuring and listing of Nanjing Aotuo Technology Jiangsu Co., Ltd.; it also approved the "Proposal on the Election of Directors for the First Board of Directors of Nanjing Aotuo Technology Jiangsu Co., Ltd.," thereby electing the members of the first Board of Directors.
At the meeting, board members and shareholder representatives unanimously praised the Nanjing University Aoto Technology Jiangsu Co., Ltd. operating team for their efforts over the past few years, particularly their relentless dedication to business exploration and innovation. Meanwhile, the board members and shareholder representatives approved all proposals related to the company's restructuring and listing process, and expressed strong appreciation for the progress made in advancing this initiative.
