The ultraviolet aging test box is a kind of photochemical experiment test equipment simulating light. The system software includes two parts-PLC program and touch screen program.

The PLC program completes the test process according to the time requirements set by the process.

The NA200 series PLC compiles with scientific and reasonable logic, controls the related auxiliary parts in the device, and works accurately and stably to meet the needs of users.

Touch screen design:

• Touch screen program:Main interface, parameter setting, operation reservation, fault alarm.

• Main interface: Illumination set temperature and actual temperature. Set and actual temperature of condensation. And real-time display of light, condensation, spray on, spray off and total experiment time progress.

• Parameter setting:Setting of temperature and test time.

• Operation appointment: Set a specific time in the future. When the set time is reached, the test will start automatically.

• Fault alarm: Display the system fault information at that time.
