Recently, the 2018 China Core Technology Innovation and Development Summit was held in Nanjing. During the summit, Ni Guangnan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and a well-known computer expert, delivered a special speech on "Several Innovations in the Field of Cyberspace in my country".
