On September 2, 2018, a team leadership development training session was organized under the theme "Communication Fuels Excellence, Collaboration Shapes the Future." The training featured several engaging "team competition" activities, including "Speed & Passion," "Rapid Puzzle Assembly," and "Desert Gold Rush," all designed to foster a positive, ambitious, cohesive, and motivated team atmosphere. These activities aimed to enhance teamwork, boost collaborative efficiency, and inspire participants to apply these skills effectively in real-world scenarios. Through highly interactive game sessions, attendees had the opportunity to experience and gain valuable insights into the art of teamwork and effective management.

The "icebreaker game" at the start of the team-building training allowed all participants to spontaneously form three teams in a relaxed atmosphere. Through activities like selecting team captains, brainstorming team names, creating team slogans, and delivering group presentations, the exercise not only enhanced communication among team members but also helped everyone fully engage emotionally, laying the groundwork for an enthusiastic and cohesive team spirit.

"Fast & Furious" team-building training features five game segments: "Sky Spin & Whirl," "Great Shift of Heaven and Earth," "Step by Step," "Roaming Across the World," and "We Are the Best Team." Achieving the team's goals requires rational division of labor, efficient resource allocation, well-designed processes, and, above all, effective organization and unified action based on a sound plan.

"Speedy Puzzle Assembly" team-building training—Phase 1, "Leadership and Execution"—divides team members into a leadership group and an execution group. The leadership group uses verbal instructions to guide the execution team in swiftly assembling geometric shapes. Through sharing insights from each role, participants gain a deeper understanding of the importance of effective communication, clear instructions, and efficient execution. In Phase 2, the "Speedy Puzzle Competition," the most profound takeaway is that executing tasks without proper communication and strategy only leads to wasted time. Achieving organizational goals requires developing a solid strategy, assigning responsibilities wisely, fostering seamless teamwork, and ultimately strengthening team cohesion and enhancing high-performance execution.

"Desert Gold" experiential training is a brand-new, hands-on program designed to deeply explore and address challenges—such as planning, organization, communication, and control—that team members may encounter when working toward the company’s strategy or objectives.

This team-building training fully embodied the spirit of "learning through experience and transforming through learning," encouraging continuous reflection and summarization to refine work methods and enhance professional capabilities. The training was not just an activity—it was a journey of discovery, growth, and transformation. Although the exercises took on a playful, game-like format, with both wins and losses along the way, managers at all levels demonstrated remarkable enthusiasm and dedication, approaching each session with unwavering commitment. This clearly showcased their strong teamwork and positive, proactive attitude throughout the program.
