Exhibition Highlights
1. NA400 Multi-Redundancy Control System Solution
The NA400 series is a medium-to-large-sized, high-performance PLC independently developed by Nanjing Aoto. It supports multiple redundancy features, including CPU redundancy, network redundancy, power supply redundancy, and bus redundancy, making it a robust fault-tolerant control system that meets the stringent demands of modern automation systems in terms of availability, intelligence, and decentralization. The system can accommodate up to 20,000 I/O points.
2. Comprehensive Solution for the NA300 Mid-Range PLC Product
The NA300CPU module comes with a built-in OLED LCD display, providing richer information on operation and fault conditions for convenient diagnostics. The AI/AO modules display their signal output values via the OLED screen. Using the CPU's Ethernet interface, an Ethernet-based remote I/O connection solution is implemented, allowing for the expansion of up to 16 remote I/O stations. By employing dedicated Ethernet remote I/O interface modules, both ring network connections and daisy-chain configurations can be achieved, complete with a bypass function—ensuring that a single module failure due to power loss won’t disrupt the entire network. The system supports a maximum of 1024 DI points, 1024 DO points, 256 AI points, and 256 AO points.
3. NA2000 Smart Controller and IoT Solutions
The NA2000 series is Nanjing University Aoto's latest compact smart controller released in 2018. The PLC itself features 16 built-in input channels and 8 output channels, along with dual left-and-right expansion interfaces that allow for the addition of communication or function modules. It can be expanded to support up to 14 IO extension modules and can also be configured with a TFT display module. The motion control version supports 6 high-speed pulse inputs at 100 kHz and 3 high-speed pulse outputs at 100 kHz, enabling two-axis interpolation control as well as absolute position control. The maximum number of system I/O points is 256.
4. Demonstration of Autonomous, Controllable PLC and Industrial Control Security Product Systems
The NJ-series PLC is a domestically produced programmable controller independently developed by Nanjing Aotuo, featuring a domestically made Loongson processor for fast processing speeds, and powered by an open-source LINUX operating system that ensures security and controllability. The product supports various redundancy architectures, including power redundancy, CPU redundancy, Ethernet redundancy, and bus redundancy, delivering stable performance and ensuring safety and reliability.
