Recently, after rigorous review, auditing, evaluation, and verification of capital by the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce and other relevant departments, "Nanjing Aotuo Technology Jiangsu Co., Ltd." was wholly transformed into "Nanjing Aotuo Technology Jiangsu Joint-Stock Company" (referred to as Aotuo Technology) on September 1, 2015. The company has since received a new business license issued by the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce. Following the completion of its shareholding reform, the company is now better positioned to integrate social resources more effectively, optimize resource allocation, fully leverage its competitive advantages, and enhance its overall competitiveness. This transformation also lays a solid foundation for listing on the New Third Board, accelerating the company's integration with the capital market.

The Shanghai-Kunming High-Speed Railway is an east-west railway artery stretching from Shanghai in the east to Kunming, Yunnan in the west. It is also one of China’s “Four Vertical and Four Horizontal” high-speed passenger transport corridors, and stands out as the longest east-west high-speed railway in China—boasting the widest geographic impact and traversing the most provinces. The project passes through six provincial capitals and a municipality directly under the central government, including Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanchang, Changsha, Guiyang, and Kunming. With a designed speed of 350 km/h and a total length of 2,066 kilometers, the Shanghai-Kunming Railway, once completed, will become China’s longest east-west high-speed rail line.
