Our company's independently developed NA series programmable controllers are primarily designed for railway tunnels, especially high-speed rail tunnels—including passenger-dedicated lines and intercity railways. These controllers serve as a comprehensive monitoring and management system for the tunnel's electromechanical equipment, enabling centralized oversight of power facilities, lighting/emergency lighting systems, ventilation fans, water supply and drainage systems, fire doors, and more. They also provide fault alerts and facilitate efficient scheduling and dispatching. In the event of an emergency, these controllers can seamlessly integrate with the FAS or other automated systems, executing pre-generated disaster response plans to initiate automatic controls. This proactive approach helps prevent and mitigate disasters, ensuring the safe operation of trains.

Typical Solutions for Highway Tunnels
The tunnel monitoring system primarily consists of three major categories: monitoring equipment, alarm devices, and control & guidance systems. Typically, the CCTV system, broadcasting system, and alarm system (including fire detection, alarm buttons, and emergency phones) operate as standalone subsystems. All other equipment, however, is integrated into the monitoring process through regional controllers and their communication networks. Generally speaking, monitoring in each tunnel is structured across three distinct levels: the top level is the local control center, the middle level comprises regional controllers, and the bottom level includes various detection devices (such as vehicle detectors, visibility sensors, CO concentration detectors, wind speed and direction sensors, brightness detectors, and over-height vehicle detectors), along with the associated control and guidance systems.
