**The first-phase construction of the city's Fourth Wastewater Treatment Plant has a treatment capacity of 60,000 m³/d, with an ultimate capacity of 240,000 m³/d. The primary treatment process employed is the A2/O system. Based on the process requirements and current conditions of Chenzhou’s Fourth Wastewater Treatment Plant, an advanced automatic control (including monitoring) system has been designed.
